Porchop Soup for Lunch

The season is too hot. We need something cold to eat but we are craving of this kind of recipe for lunch.

I bought 2kilos of pork meat and cooked it quickly while the meat was still fresh and not yet frozen. I went to the wet market and saw the men hauling from a newly slaughtered pig. When I saw the fresh meat, I got an an idea of what kind of lunch I use to prepare. When the meat is fresh, it is easy to cook quickly and the taste has a big different from the frozen meat.

I also used pressure cooker so we could eat it at time. In 1 hour it was ready to eat. I mixed it with lettuce, ginger, onions, garlic, salt, magic sarap and black pepper.

What a perfect soup in a hot season!
