Squid Adobo

It has been a long time that I eat this squid. I remember the last time I enjoyed eating then after a while I had a stomach disorder. I was vomiting for I didn't know reason why. Since then, I skipped eating squid but today I tempted by my sister when she cooked for our lunch.

I accepted to my sister's challenge to eat it again. We had a happy lunch and I felt better. She cooked it very well and it was so yummy. I also found the squids were fresh and there was no undesired smell. Perfectly done and what an enjoyable lunch today!

maybe it's not cooked enough last time. For me, I don't like cooking squid because it's hard to estimate how long should we allow it to simmer. but I love eating this kind of dish ☺️

Lutuin ng kunti sa simula. Set aside, tapos lutuin ang sauce. Tapos ibalik para hindi parang bubble gum.

Hahahaha, habang tumatagal yan ay naging makunat😂. Gusto kong luto nito ay steam o basta sariwa, lagyan ko lang asin at isalang. Nkakabuti kasi sa katawan ang itim niya, nka trigger ng hypertension minsan sa mga sangkap sa pagluto pero pag niluto ng simplehan, maging okay ito. Nagutom ako @iyanpol12

Parang bubble gum na nga po nay. Ako tamang luto lang po. Gisa ng konti, alisin at ibalik pag okay na ang sauce. Hehe

Makunat po nay. Di malunok po parang bubble gum. Hehe

Mapatawa ako na naman @iyanpol12 hahahaha. Minsan kasi nangyari yan at sariwa pa naman ang pusit. Epic failed na sobrahan sa apoy🤣🤣🤣

Mas maganda talaga sir pag fresh ang squid.
