These are some potato seedlings in the pot of my house. These were planted by my mum some time back, which have now grown a bit. After some time the potatoes will come out of them.
Using a knife, cut the potato into four parts. While cutting potatoes, keep in mind that there should not be more than 3 small pits in each piece.
Now leave these potatoes in the sun for a few days until the sprouts appear in those small pits. There is absolutely no need to soak potatoes in water for them to sprout. Because soaking potatoes can cause them to rot.
You can sow it when the potato germination size increases. Keep in mind that the potatoes should have 2-3 sprouts from above, you can remove others. You can also plant potatoes in a big pot or grow bag. Before planting potatoes, you must add some compost to the soil of your pot. . You can make your soil fertile by adding a little compost or compost to the potting soil.
Potatoes always require water and cool location and conditions to grow.
