But this food comes from love and goodwill for our family members, so we cook it ourselves without buying ready-made food to eat. We cook for our children to eat, using ingredients that we have carefully selected, so that our family members can eat good food and be healthy. Today, for lunch at my home, there will be stir-fried sweet squash, stir-fried zucchini with eggs, and fresh shrimp curry. I created these 3 dishes for you at home to eat hygienically. I intend to make them for my family to eat with love, so I create good ingredients, good food for my children, grandchildren, and friends in my family to eat. This is Thai food. I will show you another ingredient, which is the ingredient of fresh shrimp curry. Ingredients are as follows: 500 grams of fresh shrimp, 2 young watermelons, 2 sides of sweet corn plus 2 pieces, 1 pumpkin. Wash all the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the shrimp, cut the back, wash thoroughly, and set aside. Now, we will prepare the curry paste. There are 5 chili peppers, 5 shallots, 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste, and 5-6 galangal. Put all the curry paste into a blender and blend it. Then, we put 5 peeled shrimps into the curry paste and blend until smooth. Then, put it in a pot and heat it up. When it boils, put in the pumpkin first, followed by the young watermelon and then the enoki mushrooms. Let the pot boil again and put in the fresh shrimp. Season with fish sauce, salt, and seasoning powder because the water is boiling again. Taste it to make it to your liking. If it is salty, add more fish sauce. If it is not smooth, add a little bit of seasoning powder. Then, add the nangrak leaves as the last ingredient. Ready to serve with stir-fried zucchini with eggs. And sweet ranto stir-fried with shrimp, all three dishes are ready and ready to serve at 1:00 PM today.
