During the school holidays, my daughter asked to visit the Aceh Museum. They want to see historical relics stored there. This is their second visit. Last month I also brought them to visit there. They were very interested in knowing information about historical relics on display at the Aceh Museum.
Semasa liburan sekolah, dua putri saya meminta untuk berkunjung ke Museum Aceh. Mereka ingin melihat benda-benda peninggalan sejarah yang disimpan di sana. Ini merupakan kunjungan kedua bagi mereka. Bulan lalu mereka juga sudah saya bawa berkunjung ke sana. Mereka sangat tertarik untuk mengetahui informasi dari benda-benda peninggalan sejarah yang dipajangkan di sana.

Because they've been there, so they already understand the rules to get in there. They went straight to the place of purchase of admission tickets. Ticket prices are very cheap, only IDR 2,000. From there they went straight to the museum building in the north, inside the building various historical relics were stored and displayed, starting from the first floor to the fourth floor.
Karena sudah pernah berkunjung, jadi mereka sudah paham aturan masuk ke sana. Mereka langsung menuju ke tempat pembelian tiket masuk. Harga tiket sangat murah, hanya Rp 2.000 saja. Dari sana mereka langsung ke gedung di bagian utara, di dalam gedung itu beragam barang peninggalan sejarah di simpan dan dipajangkan, mulai dari lantai satu hingga lantai empat.

Why did my daughter choose to visit the museum? It turned out that there was an assignment from the teacher at the school to share experiences during the holidays. My daughter wants to be different from other students. Last year, many students told stories about vacations out of town and tourist attractions, the story was almost the same, so my daughter wanted to tell a different experience, namely the experience of going to the museum. As a reinforcement of the story my daughter asked me to take pictures of some historical objects on display at the Aceh Museum.

Mengapa putri saya memilih berkunjung ke museum? Ternyata ia ada tugas dari gurunya di sekolah. Ia dan kawan-kawannya di kelas lima sekolah dasar diminta untuk menceritakan pengalamannya selama liburan. Ia ingin beda dengan kawan-kawannya, tahun lalu ketika kelas empat, kawan-kawannya banyak bercerita tentang liburan ke luar kota dan tempat wisata, ceritanya hampir sama, karena itu putri saya ingin menceritakan pengalaman yang berbeda, yakni pengalaman ke museum. Sebagai penguat cerita ia meminta saya memotretnya di beberapa benda bersejarah yang dipajangkan di Museum Aceh.

It's a huge museum. I can't remember the last time I went to a huge museum like you mentioned.😱🤔🙃
But I think I especially like museums where items from ancient times are exhibited.
I remember going to Topkapı Palace in primary school. I don't remember 🤔 exactly, but I think there were similar items there too.
