Throw Under the Bus
There's a situation when some people you didn't expect to throw you under the bus did the unacceptable thing. Imagine the trust you had given, such betrayal leaves deep wounds. It takes time to heal, and scars will remain for long. Majority of us may have experienced such painful situation done by someone we trusted, but we shouldn't let ourselves dwell on the pain. We have the choice to move on.
Thursday
I'm glad the mobile bakery came in so I bought some bread. I'm having headaches when I woke up though. It might be the rising temperature being the culprit. Mornings since yesterday backwards was cold, but today it's too hot already.
Walking Exercise
I'm trying to maintain my walking exercise, and my time choice is late afternoon, around 4:30-5:30pm. That's when it wasn't too hot, and there are many people walking as well. It's for my safety because of cases of kidnapping in our province, which even the authorities may deny such thing happens, but it's difficult to trust them nowadays. Photos are captured while on my walk.
