The worker should be paid before the sweat of his body dries. Owners can do their job right because there are workers in the world. If workers stop working, the world will stop. Every owner should properly explain the rights and obligations of all the workers working under him, many owners are seen not paying their workers properly, it should be remembered that a worker has worked, it is his right to be paid, if someone is right If not, the owner will make a big mistake.
In Dhaka city of Bangladesh, many times garment workers are agitating for their wages, it is seen from them that their employer has not paid their salary for several months, so they are agitating for their salary. There are many employers who employ workers and fire them without pay and hire new workers, which should never be done.
I am writing these words because today is a date of May, every year on this day International Labor Day is celebrated, which we call May Day. This day is celebrated worldwide on one day of May every year. It is a day to celebrate the International Labor Movement.
Working people and various organizations of workers in different countries of the world celebrate this day through various events, processions, discussion meetings, street processions and many other events are organized. About 80 countries around the world, including India and Bangladesh, observe this day as a public holiday, and many more countries also observe the day unofficially.
The purpose of International Workers' Day is to restore the fair rights of workers, to ensure that workers get the right price for their labor. We all should pay workers properly.
I think that this happens everywhere, the employer begins to twist the hands of workers and so on :)
