Hello everyone.
Today is the third day of my internship and it was a good day. Usually the days when I'm not at home seem strangely long to me. I woke up very early in the morning and, without getting cold, I cooked the black chickpeas that I put in the water yesterday morning. I also added some vinegar and olives. I also use spices from time to time. I've been eating legumes in the mornings for a very long time.

Bugün staja başladığımın üçüncü günü ve güzel bir gündü. Genelde evde olmadığım günler bana garip bir şekilde uzun geliyor. Sabah çok erken bir saate uyandım ve hiç üşenmeden dün sabah suya koyduğum siyah nohutları pişirdim. Ayrıca biraz sirke ve zeytin de koydum. Ara sıra baharat da kullanıyorum. Genelde sabahları da baklagil yemeye başladım çok uzun zamandır.
After eating this delicious black chickpea salad, I hit the road. It's kind of boring not to have tea or coffee after waking up in the morning. But fortunately, I can drink a lot of tea and coffee at the place where I do my internship. I couldn't drink tea or coffee on the first day I went, as it was an adjustment process. So I wandered around like a zombie that day. There was also the fatigue of the first day, of course. I was very tired that day as I had not woken up that early in a long time.
Bu lezzetli siyah nohut salatasını yedikten sonra yola çıktım. Sabahları uyandıktan sonra çay ya da kahve içmemek biraz sıkıcı. Ama neyse ki staj yaptığım yerde bol bol çay ve kahve içebiliyorum. Gittiğim ilk gün alışma süreci olarak geçtiği için çay ya da kahve içemedim. O yüzden o gün biraz zombi gibi dolaştım. Bir de ilk günün yorgunluğu vardı tabii. Uzun zamandır o kadar erken saatlerde uyanmadığım için o gün çok yoruldum.
I spent the whole day sitting at the internship today. I just wired a machine for an hour and it's done. The reason it was like this today was that the person responsible for me at the internship did not come. But in the hours I was sitting, I both read a book and wrote this blog. I am happy for that. Because I read about 200 pages from the book I took with me.
When I left the internship place towards evening, I started to go home. It takes about 2 hours to get home due to traffic. I saw this sweet cat on my way home.
Stajda bütün günüm oturarak geçti bugün. Sadece bir saatliğine bir makineye kablo bağladım ve bitti. Bugün böyle olmasının sebebi stajda benden sorumlu olan kişinin gelmemesiydi. Ama oturduğum saatlerde hem kitap okudum hem de bu blogu yazdım. Bunun için mutluyum. Çünkü yanımda götürdüğüm kitaptan yaklaşık 200 sayfa okudum.
Akşama doğru staj yerinden çıkınca eve doğru gitmeye başladım. Eve gidişim trafik olunca yaklaşık 2 saat sürüyor. Eve doğru giderken bu tatlı kediyi gördüm.
I wanted to make a quick and practical meal at home because I was feeling strangely tired today. So while I was on the road, I went to the market and bought a Noodle. The taste of beef flavored glass noodles is very delicious. It's good to eat stuff like this from time to time. But I wouldn't make it a routine.
Bugün garip bir şekilde yorgun hissettiğim için evde hızlı ve pratik bir yemek yapmak istedim. O yüzden yoldayken markete girip bir Noodle aldım. Dana eti çeşnili bardak noodle tadı çok lezzetli. Ara sıra böyle şeyleri yemek iyi oluyor. Ama bunu bir düzen haline getirmem.
After I opened the noodle package, I poured the dried small pieces of beef and the spice on the noodle in this way. Actually, I used to use less spice from the noodle package and add my own spices at home, but this time I didn't do that.

When a glass of water boiled in a small pot, I poured it over the noodle, and after closing the cardboard cover of the noodle, I placed a small plate on top of it. Because the cardboard cover does not close completely.
Küçük bir cezvede bir su bardağı kadar su kaynayınca noodle' ın üstüne döktüm ve noodle' ın karton kapağını kapattıktan sonra üstüne küçük bir tabak koydum. Çünkü karton kapak tam olarak kapanmıyor.
I uncapped the tuna and it smells really good. I will only use half of this tuna. Because I think that's enough tuna. I also love to use the oil in tuna. I had fried chicken a few times because the oil in the tuna was too much. Frying chicken with tuna oil is absolutely delicious.
Ton balığının kapağını açtım ve kokusu gerçekten çok iyi. Bu ton balığın sadece yarısını kullanacağım. Çünkü bu kadar ton balığının yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ayrıca ton balığının içindeki yağı da kullanmayı çok severim. Birkaç kere ton balığının içindeki yağ fazla geldiği için tavuk kızartmıştım. Ton balığı yağıyla tavuk kızartmak kesinlikle çok lezzetli.
It looks really delicious when you look at it that way. Also, the tuna and vinegar taste really good for this noodle. This way, I add a little more water when making glass noodles. Bitter and sour water is very tasty.
Bu şekilde bakınca gerçekten çok lezzetli görünüyor. Ayrıca ton balığı ve sirke tadı gerçekten bu noodle için çok iyi. Bu şekilde bardak noodle yaparken biraz daha fazla su koyuyorum. Acı ve ekşi çok lezzetli bir su.
After adding the tuna, I mixed the noodles well and sprinkled some sesame seeds.

I already know about the business life, but starting an internship felt a little awkward for me. Everything looks good now but I don't know exactly what will happen next. Because sometimes when we make a decision, it can be bad for us if we don't think about that decision. I actually have a lot of things I want to say. But I just can't get them together in my head. I have a strange feeling. Every time I start working somewhere, I feel like my freedom has been taken away...
İş hayatını zaten biliyorum ama staj yapmaya başlamak bana biraz garip hissettirdi. Şimdi her şey güzel görünüyor ama ileride tam olarak ne olacağını bilmiyorum. Çünkü bazen bir karar verdiğimizde tam olarak o kararın üstüne düşünmezsek bu bizim için kötü olabilir. Söylemek istediğim çok şey var aslında. Ama sadece bunları kafamda toparlayamıyorum. Garip bir his var içimde. Ne zaman bir yerde çalışmaya başlasam özgürlüğüm elimden alınmış gibi hissediyorum...

When I was in my internship long ago I used to eat cup noodles all the time. I mean I need to save some money so that's what I did.

I can understand that feeling. I worked in the corporate world when I was younger. Now I work for myself. I'm glad I've done both because each type of work had something of value to teach me. Best of luck!

Oh yes the brand of this noodle is Indomie. Indonesian brand.
These are the noodles that are mostly common in Turkey and Indonesia. Indonesians are excellent at noodles. 💙
