Benefits of starfruit are rarely known for health and beauty

Hi hive blog friends especially Campain Community Hive (CCH) how are you all, hopefully everyone is healthy. today I will discuss about the fruit that can make you feel pain when eating it.

Wuluh starfruit or known as vegetable starfruit is a tropical fruit originating from Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. This fruit is included in the Averrhoa genus of the Oxalidaceae family.

The fruit is oval yellowish green and has the scientific name Averrhoa bilimbi. Starfruit contains a lot of water and has a strong sour taste.

The water in starfruit has a high concentration of oxalic acid and is useful for cleaning and whitening teeth and skin. Indonesian people usually use starfruit for a mixture of soup, chili sauce, curry, and so on. Wuluh starfruit plants can grow in the home page.
But unfortunately there are still many people who are not aware of the benefits of this small and sour fruit. Behind its sour taste, starfruit contains many important nutrients for skin health and beauty.

There are so many nutrients, so it's no wonder that starfruit also contains many benefits for health and beauty, such as the following:

1. Overcoming High Blood Pressure Most

people are at risk for high blood pressure, especially adults. This disorder can cause various chronic diseases such as stroke, and can even be life threatening. No need to worry, you can deal with high blood pressure by consuming starfruit. The trick, prepare 2-3 star fruit wuluh and cut it into two parts, then boil it in three glasses of water. Wait for the water to boil until it leaves one glass, then drink the boiled water in warm conditions. Do this every morning until the blood pressure returns to normal.

2. Treating Diabetes

According to the NCBI, starfruit is proven to be effective in treating diabetes or too high blood sugar levels. The trick, you can make starfruit juice after eating. If you are not strong with the sour taste, you can drink starfruit boiled water twice a day.

3. Maintaining Strong Bones and Teeth

Teeth and bones will get weaker with age. You can consume starfruit as an alternative to calcium intake for the strength of bones and teeth. The calcium content in starfruit is quite high. In addition, this fruit also contains phosphorus to increase the effectiveness of minerals which will add density and strength to teeth and bones.

4. Helps Treat Coughs, Colds, and Fever

Most people have experienced illnesses such as coughs, colds and fever. You can consume starfruit stew to overcome these various health problems. Because, this fruit is rich in vitamin C which can help strengthen the immune system.
