I believe where there is water there is beauty. This beauty increases, even more, when it comes to the Bosphorus. Since I often take walks, I have the opportunity to observe the Bosphorus frequently. I encounter an endless variety of landscapes, according to the light that changes with the season, the weather, and the time of day. The woods on the shore of the Bosphorus and the buildings built with different architectural understandings also contribute to the landscape.
One of the elements that make the Bosphorus attractive is undoubtedly the fishing boats. Since they have vivid colors, they add color to the landscape.
I regret not taking my digital camera with me every time during my walks. Although the image quality is not different from my mobile phone, it has 10x optical zoom. I wish I had taken the photo below, for example, by zooming in. A photo focusing on the red fishing boat and the surrounding seagulls would have been nicer.
The light is different in the morning hours. The surroundings are quieter, the sea is calmer.
Especially if the clouds have blocked the sun, one feels like stepping into another realm. The egret sunbathing with its wings spread appears at first glance, but attention is required to spot the other bird.
On the shore of the Bosphorus, there are mansions and consulate buildings, some of which remained from the time of the Ottoman Empire. The architectural diversity I have witnessed pleases me immensely. In the photo below you see a consulate building.
Here is another view of the building.
The white building you see in the photo below is the Tarabya Hotel. It was the favorite place of Turkish movies shot in the 1970s.
I took the photo below in the evening. It is noticeable at first glance how different the light is. I like the lights reflecting off the sea in this photo.
The buildings in the photograph below are examples of the architectural diversity I mentioned above.
I like to take nature photos more than people, but there are exceptions. In the photo below, retired people, some fishing, and some chatting are integrated with the landscape.
The view of the sky through the trees on the hill is one of my favorite aspects of the Bosphorus views.
That's all from me for today. Thank you for your interest.
The photos are very beautiful, when you look at them with your explanation, their beauty is multiplied.
Thank you!
The sea view is very mesmerizing, my friend @muratkbesiroglu, what else? With so many fishing boats sailing, it's definitely a pleasure to see it👍
Thank you!
awesome photos and love the seaside photos especially.
I am glad to hear that. Thank you.
Hocam belki bir gün böyle bir yalınız olur. Denizin tadını çıkarın buralarda akan su bile yok 😂
