Hi all Hive friends, how are you all? Are you all well? I hope you are all well so you can carry out your activities today. I will post a photo of the takokak fruit.
Takokak fruit, or often also called terong pipit, is a fruit from the Solanum torvum plant, which belongs to the Solanaceae family. This fruit is small and round and has a green color, although it can turn yellow or red when ripe. Takokak fruit is usually used in traditional cooking, especially in Asian cuisine such as Indonesia and neighboring countries.
In Indonesia, takokak fruit is often used as a complementary ingredient in chili sauce, curry, or stir-fries. Although it tastes a little bitter, takokak provides an interesting texture in dishes. In addition, this fruit is believed to have a number of health benefits, such as helping digestion and reducing cholesterol and is very good for eye medicine for all Hive friends.
That's all for my post this time, see you in my next post.
