Ingredients

Shrimp and Squid 200 grams.
Fresh chilli 1 tablespoon.
Garlic 1 tablespoon.
Sugar 1 teaspoon.
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon.
White Soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
Fish sauce 1 tablespoon.
Black Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon.
Vegetable oil for stir frying.
Basil as you like.

Procedure​

Step 1

Preparing the Shrimp and Squid, Bring to wash water thoroughl and slice into pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Cool basil leaves, peel the garlic, wash thoroughly with fresh chilies, set aside to drain.

Step 3

Put the garlic and fresh chillies in a mortar and pound until crushed enough.

Step 4

Set the pan on the stove, Add some vegetable oil Wait for the oil to heat, Then add the pounded ingredients and stir until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the prepared Shrimp and Squid. Stir fry until cooked. Flavored with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, white soy sauce and black soy sauce to add color to the appetizing.

Step 6

Stir together. Add a little water, Speed ​​up the heat of the stove, add the basil leaves. Stir fry quickly, The basil leaves will start to collapse, then turn off the stove, put on a plate, ready to serve.
