Hello friends Assalamu Alaikum how are you all I hope you are doing well by the grace of the Almighty Allah I am also doing well Alhamdulillah actually Laitta fish is one of my favorite fish and if you cook this fish you don't need anything else. I have been talking about bringing this fish for several days now my husband doesn't eat fish so he is reluctant to bring it but I like it a lot especially when the man cooks kachur lathi with dried fish it is a different pleasure to eat it.

When it was not brought after much talking, I went to the market myself. In fact, I haven't been to the market for a long time, which is why it is not brought. When I went today, I found the fish in front of me. I was very happy to see it. Then I did what I needed, that is, I took one kilogram of fish. In fact, this fish is kept in large quantities with ice. No matter how much you weigh, if you measure it later and write it down, you will get much less than the weight. This is absolutely true.

When I brought it home, I first cut the fish into pieces, washed them, cleaned them, and soaked them in water for a while because the amount of ice was too much. When the ice was completely gone, I placed the fish in a colander to drain the water. This will drain the water completely and make it much easier for me to cook. If there is excess water in the fish, then keep in mind that there is a possibility that your fish will melt.

And if you add extra salt to the fish fry, you will definitely want to eat it. Today I am cooking, you will definitely see. Then what I did was I took green chillies, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves as per the requirement. Then I chopped everything. Once everything was chopped, I put the pot in the stove. Then what I did was I heated the oil, added the onion and garlic paste. Now I ground these two well. Then I used tomatoes one by one and various spices, including cumin, turmeric and chilli. I ground all the spices and added a little water and ground them again.

I ground the spices for at least 30 minutes, my mother says that the more you grind the spices, the better your curry will taste. When the spices were ground well, I put the drained fish in it. It doesn't take much time to cook the fish. My fish was cooked in just 5 minutes. Then I added coriander leaves on top of it. The color of the fish looks so beautiful because of the chili powder that I can't explain to you.

You can understand how beautiful it was just by looking at the color. If you want, you can also easily cook and eat laitta fish in a new way like this. It is very delicious and much more fun. You can understand how my cooking turned out by looking at the photography. Of course, don't forget to let me know how it turned out. I am saying goodbye here like today. May everyone be well and healthy, may Allah have mercy on them.
