How to cook dried squid

I think it doesn't take much time to make other dry roasts, but you will have to spend a lot of time to make Churi Dry Roast because this dry roast has a kind of white sticky substance in it that doesn't come out of the Churi Dry Roast easily. For this, you have to remove it with hot water. I first cut the dry roast like I did, you can cut it in your own way if you want, then I made a light warm water.

Then what I did was put the dried beans in water and left them for a while. After a while, I saw how the dried beans were done. Then I tried to remove the white coating from the dried beans with my hands. Alhamdulillah, I was able to remove it, which made me feel very happy. If you can't remove it, then that's a problem for you because after cooking the dried beans, they turn white and float on the pan, which looks disgusting to me.

Then I had everything ready, tomatoes, onions, and green chilies. You should try to add a little more spice to the shukki. This will make the shukki taste good. When the spices are well ground, what should I do? I will add the shukki to it. Of course, you should grind the shukki well, otherwise, a different smell comes out of the shukki, which is even worse if you eat it while eating it.

It will be worse than the fun you will have eating it, so keep that in mind. Then, when my dry rice was roughly chopped, I used hot water in it. What are the advantages of using hot water? Let me tell you, if you use hot water, the curry will cook faster, just like when you cook it, it tastes good. Now you will think about what you will do, should you use hot water or cold water? I used what I thought was best.

When it was about 30 minutes, I got my dry roast ready to cook before that and I definitely used coriander leaves there. It goes without saying that there will be no coriander leaves in the curry during winter, so I used coriander leaves fairly well and what can I say about coriander leaves in the dry roast.
