My husband has been walking at late afternoon as his exercise, as well as jogging. Since I have time during the day, I joined him on his walk. We walked and headed to the shopping center, and bought some stuff. After that, we went on with our walk. It's good for cardio of course.
Then we occasionally jogged in the park. We're supposed to go straight to Capitol but there's not much time. We had more than 3 kilometers of walk and jog!
I hope to have a good schedule so I can regularly join my husband. It will be good for my health too.
