I put the fresh chilies in a pan, peeled the shallots, and put them in the pan, and fried until the chilies, onions, and garlic were cooked. When the onions and garlic were cooked, we put them in a mortar like this. Then we pounded them, but not too finely. After that, we fried the mackerels. The mackerels were very big. I bought them from the market. They sold me 3 baskets for 100 baht, which is 35 baht per basket. If you buy 3 baskets, you get a 5 baht discount. It's not expensive. When I finished frying the mackerels, I took out the mackerels and pounded them with the chilies we made earlier. I pounded them together, but not too finely. I kept pounding them for about 10 minutes. It looked like this. Then I set them aside. When it's done, I put the coconut milk on the fire. When the coconut milk boils, I put the chili and mackerel that I pounded earlier in the pot with the coconut milk. I stir continuously so that the coconut milk is mixed with the chili and mackerel that I pounded. I season with fish sauce and add a little lime. Taste and adjust the taste as you like. When the taste is as you like, we scoop it out and put it in a bowl first. After that, I took the bamboo shoots that I got from my sister's house and boiled them until they were cooked. Boil the bamboo shoots with a little salt to make them not bitter. Then boil the eggplant and boil the morning glory. Today, we made boiled vegetables. As for the fresh vegetables that we eat with the chili paste, there will be eggplant that we picked from my sister's garden. As shown in the picture, does it look delicious? Our country's coconut chili paste is very delicious. We squeeze our coconut milk ourselves from the coconut tree in our house. Today's meal, I paid 35 baht for the mackerel. I didn't pay anything else because I picked it from my sister's garden.
