I made steamed bamboo shoots with Yo leaves for dinner today.

***hello everyone Today I got home from work at 5 p.m. and my sister brought me some bamboo shoots.
The bamboo shoots are fresh bamboo shoots which are very sweet and crisp in taste. So I thought of a menu for today that we would make with the bamboo shoots that were so good. I asked my husband and he gave me the idea of eating bamboo shoots. I also like this dish, so I agreed to make bamboo shoot wrap for dinner. The method of making Hok Mok is not difficult at all. First, I have to cut fresh banana leaves and wipe them clean. Then I cut them into hand-sized pieces to wrap the bamboo shoots that we are preparing to season with. I also went to ask for yo leaves from my grandma's house near my house to use for dinner.

Take banana leaves that have already been cut and put them in place. Then scoop out the seasoned bamboo shoots and put them in, using yo leaves on the bottom. Then use a banana leaf skewer and put them in to prepare for steaming until cooked. It doesn't take long to steam the mok ham, about 15-20 minutes. After that, take it out and taste it to see when it's cooked well, then remove it from the heat. Then I distributed it to my grandmother who kindly gave me banana leaves and also gave it to my younger sister who gave me bamboo shoots. I made a lot to distribute to my neighbors as well. My village is a small countryside so when we cook a lot of food we give it out to each other because when we have something we help each other. It is a happy living in my community.
