My fried fish

***This morning my husband went out to catch fish by casting a net in the canal near my house. My house is in the countryside where there are canals and streams. My husband woke up at 3:00 a.m. to go find fish. Last night it rained heavily causing the fish to come up. There was a lot of water. My husband went to fish from a natural canal and got about 7 kilograms of fish. When he arrived at the house, my husband put the fish in ice water and added water to prevent the fish from rotting. Soak the fish in ice. It will be hard and will look fresh when cooking. It will be delicious. If the fish is mushy and used for cooking, it will not be appetizing. When I got 7 kilograms of fish from where my husband had gone, a neighbor came and asked to buy fish. I sold about 5 kilograms. I sold it for 30 baht per kilogram. Another neighbor said he wanted to buy 2 kilograms but gave it to me. I finished the fish by scaling the fish and removing the excrement, but it cost 50 baht per kilo, so I sat and cooked the fish to deliver to the neighbor who ordered my fish. This morning I earned 190 baht from selling fish. I am very happy because we went to find it ourselves and with just our effort we got the money back. When I finished making fish for my neighbor, I sat down to make the fish I was going to make, sun-dried fish. Sunfish starts by scraping off the fish's scales, then we slice from the tip of the tail to the right side, cutting into the head to make a flat design like this until every one is gone. I do this for about 1 kilogram of sunfish before I make it. It took a long time to finish because I had to pick up the fish and cut a slit on the side from the tip of the tail up, then the side, attached to the head, spreading the fish out for a party. I'm not a big person, so it took a long time. It's a natural canal fish in our house. I sat. Made it for about 1 hour. When finished, I rinsed the fish with clean water, then mixed the fish with salt and added a little vegetable oil to the fish. Why do I have to add vegetable oil? Because when we dry the fish, the flies won't come to the fish. I mixed it together and then I put the fish in the sun to dry. I made it naturally. I found the equipment that I had, namely an unused wire rack, and I placed it on a tree stump. The front of my house has to be on a high place because if I put it down there, cats will be able to bring the fish to eat. How about my fish drying place? How do I dry my house like this? Natural drying. After 1 hour, I go and return the fish to the place. I leave it to dry for about half a day, then I bring the fish into the house and put it in a plastic box, close the lid and keep it in the refrigerator. When I want to eat it, I can take it out, very convenient. I'm going to fry sun-dried fish for everyone to see how it looks. Is the sun-dried fish I've fried delicious? Everyone, my fish may not be an expensive food, but it's my food that I cook myself. It's very delicious. Eat it with hot steamed rice or eat it with sticky rice. It's also delicious. I don't have a lot of income. Anything that I can make myself without having to buy it, I'll find it and make it myself to eat and sell as well. This is my rural life. I would like to end this article here. See you in the next article.
I would like to thank everyone who has always supported me.
