How to make
Let's start. Today, I use an electric stove as usual. Place the pot on the electric stove, then add clean water. Wait until the water boils. Add lemongrass, galangal, and garlic. Then add rib bones to increase the richness of the soup and make it taste even more delicious. Add 100 grams.
Boil over low heat. Next, add the pork innards. Simmer until fragrant, until the pork bones and innards are tender. Then add the galangal and shallots.
When the pork giblets are tender, add the chamuang leaves. Continue to do this until the green chamuang leaves turn golden or brown. Then season with fish sauce, lime juice, and salt. Taste and adjust the flavor as desired. Season and taste slowly to get the flavor you want. Simmer for a bit longer until it boils again.
Add more fragrance with chives, coriander, and lime leaves. Use a spatula to mix until it is submerged in the soup and it is done.
