In front of the building, a statue of a blue dolphin can be seen which seems to be an icon of the area, attracting the attention of passersby. Cars were neatly parked around the area, indicating that this place was a center of activity that attracted many visitors. Inside the building, various activities can be seen taking place. Some people may be enjoying the evening entertainment by walking around the magnificent classical buildings there, while others are enjoying food and hot coffee from the bakery opposite. The sounds of light chatter and quiet laughter may be heard from the cafe downstairs, reflecting a relaxed but story-filled nightlife.
