... ist ein kostenloser Wohnmobilstellplatz für 20 Wohnmobile zwischen der Donauquelle und dem Schlosspark am Stadtrand, der ganzjährig genutzt werden kann. Der Platz ist geschottert und weitgehend eben und befindet sich neben einer Sportanlage. Die Versorgung mit Frischwasser sowie die Entsorgung von Grauwasser und Chemietoilette befinden sich in ca. 500 m Entfernung an der Kläranlage. Strom ist auf dem Platz vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es ein Freibad und einen Biergarten. Durch den Schlosspark ist das Stadtzentrum in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt ausgewiesene Rad- und Wanderwege.
... is a free RV park for 20 motor homes between the Danube source and the castle park on the outskirts of town, which can be used all year round. The site is gravelled and largely level and is located at a sports facility. The supply of fresh water as well as the disposal of gray water and chemical toilet are located about 500 m away at the sewage treatment plant. Electricity is available at the site. There is an outdoor swimming pool and beer garden nearby. It takes about 30 minutes to walk through the castle park to the city center. There are designated cycling and hiking trails.

Thank you so much. Although I've been to Donaueschingen many times professionally, I was surprised about this city. Finally I found the time to take a closer look at the city. It offers a lot. Visitors should also look at the sources of the Brigach and the Breg. Both sources are about 40 km away in Freudenstadt and in St. Georgen in the Black Forest also very interesting, at least as far as the Breg source is concerned. There I was last year and have mentioned this in a post.
