Today we caught field crabs and we are going to make field crab powder. Wash and clean, boil field crabs, add fish sauce.
Boil until the crabs are cooked, then peel the crabs and remove the legs. The shell part is finished and ready to be made.

Pickled crab is easy to make as well. Use fish, mix seasoning powder, crush garlic into a jar. Then put the crab in and close the lid tightly. 2 to 3 days ready to eat.
People who do not eat raw should steam the crab first.

By pounding roasted chili peppers. Then pound the crabs together. Season and pour in the crab boiling water and it's ready to eat.
We pour fish sauce into the crab shell. Use sticky rice to dip it in. It's delicious. When I was a kid, I really liked to eat it. These days, it's really hard to find food.
Some of my friends may have never eaten something like this. But you may have eaten papaya salad with pickled crab.
