Greetings, @jarvie,
You and your blog came to my attention today, courtesy of my long-time Steemit and Hive friend @moeknows ...
I have lived all my life within the Christian tradition and world-view. Part of that experience has been in "reformed churches" which teach that it is unbiblical to create images of Jesus. I'm still working through my own understanding of this, and I would be grateful if you would comment on your own obviously different view.
I also adore Jesus, and recognize and worship him as our brilliant Creator-God, and I appreciate the images you've shared here, finding them quite lovely and inspiring. I'm particularly moved by the image of him walking on stormy water...
Thanks in advance for anything you might care to share on this topic. :D
Kindest regards,
Hey Duncan. I'm so glad to see you back today, and I'm glad that my mention of you brought you to Jarvie's page. Like you, Jarvie is an innovator who bridges the gap between the technical and the artistic. I think you two would get along great.
It's been so long since I've seen you around here. In fact, that reminds me. I owe you an apology. You left a comment on one of my posts and I never replied to it. I'm sorry for that, and I'll rectify that now.
