I watched the first season of Game of Thrones, but then I lost my access to the HBO streaming service, so I never watched any more of it. If I had it, this is probably one of those shows I would watch, it ticks a lot of boxes for me.

How much does HBO cost per month these days? We don't have that over here and it just arrives on demand for free in my condo. I don't have any idea how, it's probably not legal but I didn't do it.
Haha, that is funny! I'm not sure how much HBO is, but I already pay for like five other streaming services. It's crazy. It's even worse now than it is with the cable company monopolies.
yeah there are a lot of memes about how people are going back to piracy because the streaming companies have basically turned it back into the monster it was previously again but somehow managed to make it worse.
I would imagine that over here in SE Asia that the various government entities don't really care about any sort of IP theft provided it isn't from their own country and that is why it is just available on my smart TV's and everyone else's in my condo. I have no idea why or how it is organized or where it is stored.
I had Netflix for a while but got bored with it's offerings and thought I was wasting money on something that I rarely use. Then when they did away with account sharing I was done with it.
I really need to manage my subscriptions better. I know I am paying for a couple now that I am not actively watching, but I am just waiting for new seasons of stuff to come out. Then again we could be going out to the bar and spending four times as much every week (at least over here), so maybe it isn't as big of a deal as I think!
I tend to justify this and the occasional video game purchase in ways like this. If I didn't have those things I would spend far more by going out!
