What's up with the VPN providers and unblocking Netflix?

Do you remember that I wrote a lot about VPN providers several months ago? I am still interested in VPN providers and I am always using a VPN myself... but why haven't I been writing much about VPNs recently?

To be honest, there are many reasons. And here I would like to wrap it up shortly.

Crypto is taking over...

It is very easy. VPNs are still important, but crypto is taking over. I don't mean that cryptos are taking over for crypto in general, in fact, they are great companions working together. But, to me, working and paying much attention to the VPN business right now feels like paying attention to the ants in a zoo packed with lions and zebras. What do I mean? Crypto is shouting at you every single minute and something is happening all the time. The VPN business doesn't give me that feeling at the moment.

VPNs are getting blocked more and more.

I have been writing a lot of articles on how you can unblock different content on Netflix and other streaming services. Even though the VPN providers still can unblock many streaming services, they are having great trouble unblocking Netflix. Surfshark was the best with Netflix for a very long time, but now they are really having trouble unblocking the different Netflix regions they were able to unblock earlier.

Today, I wrote an article dealing with how you can stream Chicago Med on Netflix in Germany, but to my surprise, it wasn't Surfshark that made it possible, but ExpressVPN. Somehow, the latter seems to be the most stable VPN provider for unblocking streaming services long term.

But, these challenges also make it less interesting to write about Netflix and the VPN providers, simply because it has turned so hard.

But, once again - crypto is like a lion shouting to get all your attention and to be honest, it has succeeded!

I never really spent money on a VPN, but I use common sense and try to watch out when surfing the web.

If you work with cryptocurrencies, then a VPN should absolutely be a priority... the cost is little compared to the dangers of not focusing on security.
