If you have a model release or can give permission, for example if the person in the image is yourself, then please state that clearly in the post.

yess If anyone likes the pictures I have posted, they can use them. We all went to Cox's bazaar to travel as a family. And we traveled with the family, our son and daughter, we are all here. Hope you understand. Thanks
Thanks for your response. We would still need to see something in your post that clearly states everyone in the photos had your permission to use them. We have to be careful of what we promote making sure it abides with legal terms. We hope you understand.
