Encouragement is one of the things that kept me going here on Hive and giving it is what I like to do. Support and encouragement bring on motivation for people to keep working and improving at their art. It’s a good thing when someone compliments your work and a blessing too because not all Hivers receive them as they may hope to ;)
Also, as a curator upvoting and nominating your posts are only part of my job, the other half is leaving a comments of feedback.
These are quite beautiful words and make me excited, I hope to do better for the betterment of the community. As you said, giving the best is what we are here for. Supporting each other is one way to success together. I agree with that. Let's do a new job!
