Because you didn't source it or tell us, then we can't know. As with any place, we are bound by legal requirements to not knowingly allow plagiarised content to be earnt from so have to do reasonable checks to make sure. This goes for the whole of Hive, not just our community.
The main reason for your post being muted is actually because there are photos of a well known building and this often requires property releases for use as a stock image. This is written in all our information which is in, or linked in the Welcome post, which you were guided to on your first post here.
I'm a little surprised you seem to have gotten so defensive over some advice on how to best avoid be blacklisted on Hive. Many others wouldn't have bothered to advise and would have instead reported you to Hive Watchers and you would have had to go through their processes to lift a blacklist.
