Just a couple of points with the first pics, if they are to be used as stock images. There are brand names apparent, which would stop them being legally used without a property release and your second (and rather fantastic photo, if I might add) has a signature on it, which kind of copyrights it.
I agree with the brand names. But as you say, it's a grey zone. I will keep that in mind. I never had problems with it in the past, because it's just an item that's part of the whole picture. It's not that I highlight just 1 brand item to sell it.
I will remove the watermark from next pictures. I was not aware that my own signature was a problem because I have the copyrights. But no probs. I will choose different pictures next time :)
I'm still learning about all the legalities with regards property rights and releases. Most of it doesn't seem to matter if it's just for personal use, but as soon as money is involved it gets complicated. If you find any article with good explanations, let me know! 😉😆
