All software is equivalent for this kind of static scene.
The rules are the same for all but every software has procedures and commands that interface with the user in a different way.
This is the "symbiosis" that is created between user and software, creating habit, speed, and results.
Blender, Maya, Softimage, 3DSmax, Cinema4D, Houdini... it doesn't matter which tool.
More important are your acquired knowledge throughout the creative process and your ability to be in tune with the tools of the interface. :)
