A crocheted mosaic is definitely a godsend for those who, like me, do not like to bother, but do not agree to a boring plain canvas.
I have always loved jacquard - multi-colored ornaments. But I loved him from the outside, yes, you know, from afar, because it is very beautiful, but very complicated and tiring: the threads get tangled all the time, you have to follow the pattern inextricably,
in general, not for relaxation.
But I always wanted to work with color and texture. And here the mosaic came to my aid. This is, in fact, "lazy jacquard".
Its beauty lies in the fact that, despite the multi-colored pattern, in each row the ornament is made with the participation of only one thread. Thus, my main problem — tangled threads — quickly evaporated.
Schemes also turned out to be much easier than I thought. Very quickly in the process of knitting, you will put aside the paper diagram and be able to orient yourself on the canvas.
