I learned about menses from my biology teacher before anybody else, sorry about the pain you feel during yours, I guess I am one of the lucky ones who feel no pain, but more cravings.

I think periods get more regulated after weaning a child from my own experience, I use to have longer days of menses but after childbirth, it's now limited to three days.

You are right about the months of bliss, lol 😆
