Hi @isabeell577 we are very happy to welcome you to our community Welcome! πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘. We hope this post will be the beginning of many participations in our community. Feel free to join our initiatives. If you have any concerns, tag me and sooner rather than later I'll be around.

Thank you for sharing with us your story, which certainly has not been easy. You are from the group that presents the most pain and discomfort, you are from the group that generates the most concern for us health professionals. I am glad that in your last menstruation, you have not resorted to drugs to relieve pain. Suddenly you didn't realize it, but you must have done something different to achieve such a satisfactory change.

Attitude is very important and we think your final recommendations are excellent and we agree with them:

a) hot water: drinking hot water is good during periods,it helps a lot. Also you can soak a towel in hot water and place on your tummy. It gives a temporal relief.
b)Get busy: When you are busy with work , your mind will no longer be focused on your stomach. And when your mind us distracted the pain usually reduce
c) exercise

Thank you for your input and contribution for the benefit of all.
Until another opportunity.
Happy week to you and yours.
