I hope you accomplish that goal. I'm telling you, this is kinda hard especially since you've been used to it. But maybe focus first on one goal... Removing the Pepsi in your meal for example. But don't remove it instantly, just little by little. In that way, you'll see the progress and help yourself to remove it until you're not craving it anymore.

I swear I won't be able to do it instantly, God knows I had Pepsi last night and I am having one as I type this reply. It's going to take a lot to stop drinking. I hope by the end of next year, I'll be able to get rid of this addiction. 🥺
