Even with that number of mails, I still only get around 70-80 opens. A lot of those are inactive members. My open rates are the same as yours.

That's interesting. That would mean 'active members count' is the main parameter worth considering. How about voting power? As free member I can only vote on few emails (5 I think) and I have about 20 CTP staked if that counts.
The amount of votes you have is based on the amount of CTP tokens you have staked. It does not increase with upgrading. To increase your number of votes, you need to buy and stake CTP tokens.
