It probably doesn't, but at 3.25% the Annual Percentage Yield would be darn close (using an online calculator I get 3.3% w/ daily compounding). The difference between APR and APY gets much different when you start getting into high double digit APRs.
Yeah I would assume it doesn't which makes it even better :)
