Like I always try to do my weekly update post on Sunday and my dcity update on Tuesday.
That way I don't have to think about a topic.
Actifit posts and the scavenger hunt on clicktrackprofit are great as well to make a post about. If you just do that once a week but consistently, then that helps you a lot.
