It's a legitimate challenge because votes are pretty limited (they're used for posts and comments), and posts have more visibility, a higher likelihood of giving higher curation returns, and are easier to automate, so it makes sense that they'd be the primary recipients of votes. Switching some weight over to comments would help a lot!
