Thanks for posting this, Rob! I was having a real hard time with my last few posts trying to figure out what tags fit best. I was probably overthinking it which is something I often do. Anyway, I sent this to my blog for further reference. BTW, how far is 5K steps?

    No problems, Lisa. Yeah getting tags right is a big deal. I mess them up still. :)

    5000 steps is approx. 3.1 miles.

    So, a 5K walk is 3.1 miles and 5000 steps. Cool! Those tags can be confusing.
