If you're having a hard time figuring out how to smile try to find something you like to do. I enjoy reading so I'll read a book and it'll make me smile. I also enjoy listening to music so I put on a Happy tune and that makes me smile. Find yourself a new hobby or even a new food to try. There's so many options!
