Having grown up with the space program, I am torn between "The Right Stuff" and "Apollo 13" for best movie. Runners up include Braveheart, The Patriot, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Steel Magnolias, and Hoosiers.

Smokey and the Bandit is a very fun movie to watch too! I agree that some movies should just stop at 1. Unlike the Godfather. LOL But even the 3rd Godfather movie wasn't quite as good the first and second.
You like movies for different reasons. I guess the movie that has touched me most recently was War Room.

Well, I didn't make any movie... yet... But I have a couple of favorites... Matrix (we are having it in live... loool), Green Mile, Inception, Deadpool...
Why? most of them make you think about the important things in life... and Deadpool because of the specific humor 🤣
Batman, any Batman movie. Why? Because I am I a giant Batman Fan.
I remember watching the Batman series as a child, I lived in airforce camps and one had an American compound and the American Airforce personnel used to let us watch Batman on their TV's

Lots of really nice movies out there! We're Potterheads, so I would say the Harry Potter series. We've watched reruns a few times and still feel awed somehow. The books were better, of course.

I don't think I can choose just one movie with so many out there, it also depends on my mood weather I want to watch a comedy, action or whatever. But The Matrix, all of The Avengers and Star Wars movies. All are great entertainment.
I have always been a big fan of "The Breakfast Club" They did such a wonderful job of hitting all the of the high school stereotypes. Great music to boot!

My favorite movie is "Being There". I have watched that movie more than 12 times and I have read the book. I still can't figure who the lead character, Chauncey Gardener, represents. I guess that is why I keep watching. Anyone have an opinion who Chauncey is?
That is my husband's favorite Peter Sellers movie.

I'm a PotterNerd so all Haryy Potter films are those type that I can watch and rewatch it and read the books as well! But as a "one movie"..Marley and Me always makes me cry even after I read the book and knew in advance how it ends..Only who have pets and cherish them like part of their family understands..

I have seen so many movies its hard to say what my favorite movie is . I will pick ready player one because it would be fun to be able to put on a goggle and be in a video game world lol
not sure but I have watched "Yov've got mail" multiple times.
In my mothertoungue I have watched "taal" and "rehna hain tere dil mein" multiple times.
I would say one of my favorite movies is Road House in which Patrick Swayze was instructing his staff at the club what to do when people are being mean and unruly at the club. He tells them to be nice and escort them to the door.
So close....
I am not sure I can pick a favourite movie, so many to chose from.
