Doing is the first step and practice makes perfect. I applaud you for that.

Wondering why you're tense as you said "all the time". Don't mind me, this is kind of my field of "expertise" and always wonder why people do the things they do or what moves them to act certain ways, etc. I just had to put it out there 😅
You are in no way compelled to answer my question. I just want to help 😅

Anyway, back to something more positive.
Merry Christmas and hope that you get to relax more during the holidays!

Thanks! I did have a more relaxed evening today! I wanted to say "day", but there was some work to finish... :)

That's an interesting question... I'm trying to change my behavior, but it looks that I have to work on that a lot more... Maybe, I'm leaving my work unintentionally (or intentionally) for the last moments, and make bigger pressure to finish it... and that brings more stress... but, if I don't do the work than I'm pissed off that I didn't do it... lol...

And I want to finish my jobs ASAP, especially if that's someone's else problem... then I tend to fix it ASAP... Hmmm, it's interesting that I don't do like that when I'm doing something for myself... lol...

So, it's a big mess-up :D and my diagnose is too long for a comment... :)

Thanks for the provocative comment :)

Hahaha glad I could've helped. Yes, as "counselors" we need to help the "client" come to the conclusion on their own 😅
Was a good train of thought though. The first step is knowing what the problem is, second is to accept it, third is to come up with a solution that works for you 😉

What you've described is so relatable though. I tend to procrastinate myself too; especially with my personal stuff; but working on it to plan and execute better.

Anyway, let's plan better and not take too much upon us. Divide the work into small tasks and do them step by step, so that we don't get into a "negative spiral".

Sending positive vibes your way. You can do it 💪
