It doesn't matter if you grow fast or slow, the important thing is that you grow solidly. Most rapid growth has no mud foundation and collapses quickly.
I remember a person I met a long time ago. I had been in my country for 2 years and boasted of having a small business. It said "I came here with 200 dollars in my pocket and look at me now." For work reasons I had to do an audit of your company. In reality it was worth nothing, in fact it was 200,000 Euros in debt without counting the taxes owed to the administration.
