And I totally get it! I understand why they do that, and that is because, when we love someone, we want to show them all of the wonderful things in the world and share the happiness we feel at the moment. Like when we see a beautiful flower on the sidewalk, a rainbow after the rain, or a group of shimmering stars and a shining golden spotted orb in the night sky, we immediately think of them, and the idea of seeing them smile and happy fills our heart.

Hello, my dear Hive friends! It's Abby and here I am revealing another layer of my sphere to you. As I have mentioned in my previous intro blog, one of my hobbies is taking photos. Nah, I am no professional. I tell you, I mostly suck at it but that doesn't stop me from doing it.
I love the moon! I love it in its every shapes.

I love it when it is in its fullest phase and even when it is not. From its curves to its huge spots that look like tiny ones when viewed from where we stand.
I tend to address the moon in her name.
I call her "Luna."
Whenever I see the moon, every time I go outside, I call her sweetly and say,
“Luna-yah~
You look so pretty as you always do.”
I wonder if I’m the only one who does this hahahahaha. Well, I'll bet I’m not!
Capturing her photos has become a hobby of mine. At first, I settled with the photos wherein she resembled the yolk of an egg until I decided to buy a mini telescope 🔭 for myself to better capture her beauty in photos the way my eyes did.
From the white dot in the middle of my dark and blurry shots, my photos of her transitioned to the ones that perfectly capture her lovely spots.
There is something magical about the moon. I always find solace in her presence. I write her letters through my poems, tell her names and sobbing stories, and even ask her questions she will never give an answer to no matter how many times I repeat it. Nevertheless, one thing is for sure: the moon had saved me multiple times in this life, especially during the pandemic.
Here’s a little secret between you and me, my friends: if you ever want to express your love to someone secretly, just talk to them about how beautiful the moon is, and I am certain that your love will find its way to reach them.
Am I being way too romantic about this? I don’t know, well maybe I am, but who cares? Hahahaha. Being romantic is not too bad of a thing after all.
