It is rare when hoarfrost is accompanied by fog, but it still happens once every few years. This winter passed quickly, because it did not exist at all. Although they gave me a little bit of frost!
This winter is the fastest of all the winters that I have seen and remember.
Let me remind you again that I really didn't want winter, but for some reason I'm a little sad now that it's ending.
But I'm sure it won't be long before frosty mornings and warm March days come, and I'll change my mind.
This year, I have never had a chance to crawl through waist-deep snowdrifts, and this is encouraging.
Again, the flip side of all this is that in the spring there will not be those black snowdrifts that were in the past.
Well, let it be, but one of my favorite states of nature will quickly come – the yellow leafless spring.
And there should be hoarfrost at least once during the winter!
And the fog too!
And here everything coincided, although there was no severe frost in those days.
Once a couple of years ago, I wrote about comfortable hoarfrost, which means the presence of this natural phenomenon in relatively unfrozen weather.
But then it was about minus fifteen.
This frost is the most comfortable of all – it didn't even get minus ten!
Well, the fog wasn't dense at all, which is also good.
Dense fog is not photographic, because of it you can't see anything at all.
It's good that the river has finally frozen over, you can at least enjoy walking along it a little.
To be continued...
Awesome. 😎
