Koskovskoye Lake is located in the Vologda region near the village of Kipelovo. Until recently, it was considered the deepest lake in the region, but now it occupies only the fifth place in depth.
Its depth reaches 27 meters.
The water is very clear – you are standing chest-deep in water and your legs are visible.
Nearby there is a similar-sized Dmitrievsky Lake.
I didn't think it was so difficult to photograph lakes, especially when they are round in shape.
If the banks, turns, and elevation differences are visible near rivers, then lakes can normally be filmed only from a great height.
Unfortunately, there is a flat surface in the area of Koskovo Lake.
It turns out that you can only see the shore on which you are standing and the opposite one.
The frames will be mostly flat.
Everything looks very beautiful, but the camera has a different viewing angle and the perception of reality through the picture differs from the perception of the eyes.
It turns out that no matter what size the lake is, they will look about the same in the pictures.
The only important thing is the height difference and the presence of objects around the lake: mountains, city, churches.
But these are all small things compared to what it feels like to stay by the lake.
Even if the pictures didn't work out, the impressions will still remain in the memory.
