How dramatic to have Diana and her hounds on the top of such a fine building. I like how her form echoes the curve of the copula from some angles, and how the dogs seem to be leaping off the building.

Although more modern than many others that still crown our buildings, the truth is that it is a very realistic sculpture, which, in addition and depending on the perspective, seems to emerge from the interior of that small dome shaped like a classical temple. The 'aerial life' of Madrid is complex and interesting and it is worth discovering it. Thank you for your comment and a cordial greeting.
