Nowadays, there are very few authors who turn to it and to one of the works that had the greatest impact in its time: John Ruskin and his book entitled ‘The Seven Lamps of Architecture’, an essay which, like, comparatively speaking, the one Chateaubriand dedicated to the beauty of Christianity, highlighted, without renouncing its original and respectful sacred character, the aesthetics of things.
So much so that, referring precisely to one of Ruskin’s Seven Lamps, that of Beauty, I bring, as a relevant example, this immeasurable example of a Romanesque temple, which, like a metaphorical oasis situated in the middle of the infinite Castilian steppes, continues to shine with its own light after centuries, constituting a magnet to awaken glances of astonishment and admiration.
En la actualidad, son realmente pocos los autores que recurren a él y a una de las obras que causó más impacto en su época: John Ruskin y su libro titulado ‘Las Siete Lámparas de la Arquitectura’, un ensayo, que, al igual, comparativamente hablando, del que Chateaubriand dedicó a la belleza del Cristianismo, ponía de relevancia, sin renunciar a su original y respetuoso carácter sagrado, la estética de las cosas.
Tal es así, que, aludiendo, precisamente, a una de las Siete Lámparas de Ruskin, la de la Belleza, traigo, como ejemplo relevante, este inconmensurable ejemplar de templo románico, que, como un metafórico oasis situado en mitad de las infinitas estepas castellanas, continúa brillando con luz propia al cabo de los siglos, constituyendo un imán para despertar miradas de asombro y de admiración.

This piece of architecture must have been well built to have survived this long. Though it's ancient it still stands good. I suppose it's from the medieval times. Thanks for sharing.
It is more than eight hundred years old and look how it is, almost as perfect and as impressive as the first day. This is more than just architecture: it is pure craftsmanship.
