Good afternoon dear friends. how are you all Hope you all are well. I am fine too. Today I present you with a new photography.More or less kachu is grown in almost all areas of West Bengal, especially in Bangladesh. On the side of the road, around the house, in various fallow lands, it is often seen to be neglected. Wild kachu also grows in forests. Kuchu can grow both on land and in water. However, the ground-grown lot is more in number. Humans don't eat wild cucumbers.
Due to the high amount of “Vitamin A” in Kachu greens, it is very beneficial in preventing ringworm. Being a crude fiber, it relieves constipation. Kachu is rich in iron and calcium which helps in strengthening our bones. It also has many benefits in preventing hair breakage. Iodine content is also high in kachu. Turmeric is very beneficial for those who have gastric or acidity. Due to the low sugar content in Kachur Lathi, even diabetic patients can eat it safely.
Thanks all friends
