Right now the nature is really healing itself from all the crap humans have been throwing at her.
I've been suffering with a jolly sore foot this week so haven't managed to take advantage of my exercise allowance. On the mend now though I hope. Looks like it is going to be a lovely few days so hope to get as far as the beach. Still chilly here though, we've not had the warm temperatures that I believe you've had in London and the South East.
